If there's no time existing and everything is relative, would it matter to be or not on time?

Normally we can move upwards, downwards and in every possible direction in space, we move through three dimensions.
What would happen if there are other dimensions in time as they exist in space?
Shall that means we can move horizontally, I mean, from past to future. But, what would be if we can move vertically or in depth.
What does that movement mean?
